Forgot password

Step 1: On login page, click “Forgot password”

Step 2: Enter your registered email and click “Continue”

Step 3: An OTP code will be sent to the registered email. Use this OTP code to sign in

Step 4: If you enter the correct OTP code, the system will direct you to enter a new password. Enter a new password, then click “Confirm”
