# Quên mật khẩu

**Bước 1:** Tại giao diện nhập số điện thoại để Đăng ký hoặc Đăng nhập, nhấn chọn “Quên mật khẩu”

**Bước 2:** Nhập số điện thoại đã đăng ký tài khoản và nhấn “Tiếp tục”

**Bước 3:** Khi đó, một mã OTP sẽ được gửi đến số điện thoại mà học viên đã sử dụng để đăng ký tài khoản i-Test, học viên dùng mã OTP này để nhập

**Bước 4:** Nếu học viên nhập đúng mã OTP, hệ thống sẽ điều hướng tiếp đến giao diện yêu cầu nhập mật khẩu mới. Học viên thiết lập mật khẩu mới, sau đó nhấn “Xác nhận”
